The Book of Happiness – Epilogue

A long-awaited and long-delayed project came to a close this week as I completed the epilogue to my epic tome, The Book of Happiness. I may touch up a few of these if I feel like it, but just to warn you, I probably won’t feel like it.

The Book of Happiness – Introduction

If there’s one thing I learned in high school English, it’s that you always write the introduction and the conclusion to your papers after you’ve finished the body.  Well, every meditation in The Book of Happiness has been completed, so now it’s time to cap off the book.  First off:  the Introduction.

The Book of Happiness – Meditation 15: The Heart

Ah, the heart, often cited as the most powerful muscle in the human body.  Actually, that honor goes to your jaw muscles.  But don’t let that diminish your praises for the beauty of the human heart.

The Book of Happiness – Meditation 14: Expressions

Capable of displaying a wide range of feelings and communicating the deepest truths, the human face is a beautiful thing, isn’t it?  Sometimes, anyway.  Enjoy Meditation #14 from The Book of HappinessExpressions.

The Book of Happiness – Meditation 13: An Ode to Puppy Dogs

Some of you may have heard this one before, so I apologize for putting you through this again.  This poem is my closest brush with high culture.  I wrote it during a physics lecture on Valentines Day 2003.  Obviously, I don’t remember what the lecture was about.  As far as artistic endeavors go, it’s been downhill ever since.
