Didn’t you know Tippecanoe county had a GIS system?? Pretty much every county in the state has one…and I would guess that virtually every state has several as well. I use them all the time at work, if you know how to use them correctly you can even look how much someone paid for their house, the square footage, improvements made, etc. Pretty cool!

I second Ashley, where have you been? I used to play with the one for our county back home. It is the ultimate stalker tool, you can even find out previous owners too.
Back when I was in school we referred to the online Purdue directory as “stalker net.” But now they’re doing a little better job at privacy.
Then came Facebook and at first it was the ultimate stalker site because people would put classes and a whole bunch of other information about themselves on there at a time when it didn’t have too many privacy controls. So you could take their classes then go online to Purdue’s course information and find out when their classes meet and basically nail down their schedule with out even asking them. I never did this…
